Hymn: Be Thou Exalted Forever and Ever - Crosby/Fearis

I notated this hymn, copying it from The Church Hymnal: The Official Hymnal of the Church of the United Brethren in Christ, 11th ed. (1952).

I could not locate this particular edition of the hymnal. I did find the 13th edition. I was wondering whether I could attach my score to this entry. Or, does anyone have a copy of this hymnal to verify that the text, tune, key, etc. are all the same?
