Published my first hymnal; one glitch

I published "HIMNARO1" just now. I think it all looks okay except that for whatever reason the page scan for the last page did not take. I tried reloading the whole zip folder, and I tried adding the individual page, to no avail. You can see the missing page here.

Weird. The page is there but for some reason it doesn't attach. We're looking in to it.
