Two hymns under a single number

I just "Arranged" LH1923, and I notice that it actually contains a number of hymns that are not listed. With their hymn numbers, these are:

15 Praise God, from whom all blessings flow
16 Glory be to the Father
90 Oh, say, can you see by the dawn's early light
91 My country, 'tis of thee, Sweet land of liberty
God save our gracious King, Long live our noble King
107 The dawn of God's dear Sabbath
115 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving
120 Good morning to you
121 Stand up. Sit down

(I take it the DNAH indexer didn't approve of one-stanza hymns nor of patriotic hymns. I assume the exclusion of #107 was a simple oversight.)

But the thing I don't recall is how best to enter #91. The hymnal gives "My country, 'tis of thee" set to music, and then adds a text-only "God save our gracious King". Should I use 91A and 91B, or what?

Comments

Yes, make the "My country 'tis of thee" 91a and "God save our gracious King" 91b.
