The glorious day is coming, (no creation's call), Lowry?

I'm wondering if "The glorious day is coming" is misfiled somehow. The page scan shown does not include the words "O hear creation's call", so the first line given is incorrect, either that or the wrong page scan was added to this hymn's text authority page.

Also, no author is shown, but I'm guessing (guessing, mind you) that the "R.L." shown on the page scan is good ol' Robert Lowry, and that he may well have been responsible for both text and tune. After all, Lowry edited the hymnal the scan is from. But it's a guess.

An Esperanto version of this hymn, also credited to "R.L.", is hymn #19 in Espero Internacia, which I am doing a spreadsheet for and the page scans whereof I will shortly be sending in.

Comments

One time when I was researching Lowry's involvement with "How can I keep from singing," I found a hymnal of his where his initials appeared at the top of the hymn, presumably as the (music) composer, but in the index of (text) authors the text was unattributed. I took this to mean that he had composed the music but was not responsible for the words. You might want to check the hymnal indices to see what other information RL may have provided.

The first line in the authority has been fixed. It looks to me that Lowry is the composer, not the author.
