Celebrating Grace

Has anyone taken on indexing Celebrating Grace, the US Baptist hymnal published by Mercer University in 2010 and showcased at that year's Hymn Society convention? I was just looking at tunes for "Lord of all hopefulness" and didn't find COURTNEY, the tune used for it in CG, listed. WESNATE, another tune that debuted there, is also missing; CG uses it for "Lo, he comes with clouds descending" and "Easter people, raise your voices". COURTNEY is also slated to appear (with "Lord of all hopefulness") in the 2013 Presbyterian hymnal Glory to God.
