It looks like the first lines need to be edited to match what is in the hymnal. Some of the texts don't have tunes with them. I suspect that in some cases there are tunes but they don't have names, in which case give them the name of the first line of the hymn set in brackets. If there are not tunes, add a note of explanation such as "Hymn text only."
