Alsace (Beethoven) predates 1923

It appears that the authority for the tune ALSACE (Beethoven) gives a date of 1923 (when perhaps Alfred Judson's arrangement of it was in fact made) even though a couple of the cited instances were published earlier. This is particularly important in light of the role 1922-23 plays in the definition of the public domain in the United States.

The 1923 date refers to Alfred Judson's arrangement which appears in the score used for the "Christian Classics Ethereal Hymnary." Since the other instances of ALSACE use a different arrangement, I've removed Alfred Judson from the tune summary page.
