171. On the Mountain Top

1 On the mountain top above the world below,
Where the fruits of vict’ry in abundance grow,
There the streams of blessings flow from fountains of His grace,
I’ve been on the mountain top, and seen His face!

2 I have left the valley lowlands long ago,
On my pathway brightly beams a hav’nly glow,
Lifted in His arms to heights I tho’t could ne’er be mine,
I’ve been on the mountain top by grace divine!
