7923. Glory To God For Salvation

1 All glory to God for conviction,
Which made me repent of my sins,
And see my ruined condition,
For ’tis here that all wisdom begins.

Refrain:
All glory to God for salvation,
From sin He setteth me free;
Go tell it to every nation,
That Jesus has saved even me.

2 All glory to God for conversion,
And the witness He sent from above,
For the joy and peace He has given,
And a heart that is filled with His love. [Refrain]

3 All glory to God for the promise
To cleanse all defilement away,
And send us the gift of His Spirit,
When all on the altar we lay. [Refrain]

4 All glory to God! He is keeping
That which I’ve committed to Him;
His blood o’er my soul is now flowing,
And Jesus abideth within. [Refrain]
