African American Prayer and Praise Hymnal

For the hymn, "Great Change Since I've Been Born," Hymnary.org lists the source as African American Prayer and Praise Hymnal. However, there is no such hymnal in the Hymns pages and I cannot find this hymnal anywhere on the web. Can someone assist please?

The entry says that the source is an African American Prayer and Praise Hymn (not Hymn​​​al) from around 1900. This source was not cited by Hymnary, but by, probably, either GIA which holds the copyright on this version—the original if you could find it would be in the public domain—or by Mr. Cooper, or maybe by an editor of the 2012 Lead Me, Guide Me that Hymnary has indexed.
