Need Music for "Farther Along"

Can you post (or send us) the full score for Barney Warren's "Father Along"? According to the Hymnary page at

hymnary.org/text/tempted_and_tried_were_oft_made_to_wonde,

Warren arranged it in 1911, so it should be in the public domain. But neither of the page scans at this URL show the music. We'd like to make the music available to our visitors, since it's appeared in almost 40 hymnals.

The text is arranged by Barney Warren is public domain, but the music composed by W. B. Stevens is copyrighted. We have two hymnals listed that were published before 1923, which likely have the text set to music - "The Eureka Sacred Carols" and "The Harmonic Chimes" but we do not have page scans for these hymnals at this time.
