Does anyone know if there is piano music for the "Church Hymnal, hardcover, maroon red" book?

I'm not sure what you mean by your question. The description at christianbook.com says "A treasure-trove of over 400 well-loved hymns, arranged for traditional piano and congregational shape-note singing." My copy of this hymnal has music that could certainly be used for traditional piano-accompaniment type music in connection with congregational hymn singing. The notes are Aikin seven-shape, so if the pianist is used to round-notes, it may take a bit of getting used to to learn to ignore the variety of shapes the notes come in, but once that hurdle is hurdled, it should work fine. Now, if you mean are there sheet-music scores out there that lie flat on the piano better than this hymnal, the answer is "probably". Likewise if you mean are there arrangements out there of these tunes that are more elaborate and adapted to use in non-congregational-singing situations, the answer again is "probably".
