The instance list for DETROIT (Kentucky Harmony) indicates there is an instance at p. 834 of that book, but what is there is unrelated to DETROIT or to "Do not I love thee, O my Lord?"

Also, I note that in tune authority identifiers Kentucky Harmony tends to get run together as at DETROIT, but Southern Harmony tends to be separated by an underscore; which usage is preferable?

It's fixed now. It is probably preferable to run the words of the sources together in the authority ids, but it does not matter as long as an editor can find the right id.
