Jesus! and shall it, or can it?

I am wondering why "Jesus! and shall it ever be"'s text authority is called jesus_and_can_it_ever_be. I would just go ahead and change it, but I thought I would ask in case there was some institutionalized reason for it (as there turned out to be for "Love Divine, all love (not loves!) excelling").

The first appearance of the hymn in Hymnary was probably a version that had "can" instead of "shall." Text authority IDs should be predictable and easy for editors to find, so I changed the ID to "shall," since it looks like that word is used most commonly and is used in all the modern hymnals.

However, we should refrain from changing IDs unless it's necessary, because it can make links elsewhere on the web to Hymnary.org pages go bad.
