O_sture_Gud and O STURE GUD

So... I downloaded the 1991 Baptist Hymnal in CSV, and was surprised to find that the "Tune Authority" for "How Great Thou Art" (hymn #10, line 12 in that particular spreadsheet) gives the tune name as "O STORE GUD" (which I believe to be canonical) but the tune authority as "o_sture_gud". Now, I'm not up to speed on Swedish spellings of the 1880s (Scandinavian languages are notorious for their constant spelling reforms), but I cannot put my finger on a source authority for such a spelling. Only one of the 15 hymnals in the database that has this tune spells it (in the database) "STURE", and that one is a typo (the Psalter Hymnal, where my hardcopy clearly has O STORE GUD. So what's up?

Also, in the preceding item in the BH1991 spreadsheet, is either "Newton" or "Newman" a typo? I'm morally certain one of them is, but I don't have my Baptist Hymnal in front of me, and I can't guess which.

Maybe there is an actual authority for preferring the "sture" spelling, but if so, what is it and why is it not documented where I can see it?
